PTC Time Packs are bundles of support hours sold at reduced rates.

Time Packs can be used for:

• Implementation
• General troubleshooting
• Upgrades
• Scheduled maintenance
• User training

• All of the work is performed by System Engineers certified to support the related issue.

• PTC Time Pack customers receive a higher priority when scheduling support.

• Calls covered by a PTC Time Pack are not subject to minimum charges.

• Phone calls or visits are logged to the nearest five minute interval.
